Tardó muchísimo en llegar. Al principio el vendedor envío este pedido por otro método no acordado. Tuve que recordarle varias veces que el envío no era el correcto. Lo cambió, pero tardó muchísimos días en hacerlo y otros muchos días más en entregarlo al servicio de mensajería. El vendedor responde el chat, pero no da soluciones, miente con tal de que quedes tranquilo, el rastreo muestra nulo avance. Mi pedido llegó mal embalado. Venían todas hechas bola y debido a eso se deformó su peinado. En este pedido el vendedor prometió enviar dos piezas extras de regalo cómo disculpa, pero no envió nada extra. SERVICIO FATAL.
